These terms govern your use of the Quickclose Home Solutions platform. By creating an account or investing through us, you agree to the following.

1. The Service

We provide information, analytics and administration for fractional real estate investments starting from €2,000. Projected returns, including the referenced 4% annual figure, are targets based on current modelling — never guarantees.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and pass identity verification before investing. One account per person; keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected misuse.

3. Risk Acknowledgement

Property values can fall as well as rise. Capital is committed for each project's stated horizon and withdrawals follow exit windows. Read every project's risk note before committing funds.

4. Fees

Sign-up is free. Management and exit fees are disclosed per opportunity before you invest — what you see is what you pay.
